Goodbye Ambien!
I was taking this product with Ambien and together they worked very well for me. Ambien alone definitely knocks me out but then I guess it wears off while I'm sleeping because I would still wake up almost every night between 4 and 4:30am. Taking both of them allowed me to sleep through the night and completely eliminated my waking up in the middle of the night. When I stopped taking the Ambien (not by choice btw, trust me!), I did find myself having more trouble falling asleep yet once I did, I still did not wake up very often at night. Once I fell a sleep, I pretty much stayed asleep which was great.I substituted the Ambien for GABA which I heard works very well with melatonin, the main ingredient in these gels, and WOW do they work well together. I don't even think about Ambien anymore, don't even feel a need for it. There is a sleep stack that I got from amazon too,...
No problem waking up the next morning!
8+ years ago, I'd sworn off sleeping pills because of how exhausted and lethargic they made me the next day. But recently I've been having trouble falling asleep and then staying asleep. Mom sent me this and first I tested it out on a weekend, extremely weary of the side effects. But, I was reassured by the package: "You'll wake up feeling your best and ready to begin your day." Sounds like good advertisement. However, the 3 times I've used these pills, I have been woke up by my alarm (rare!) and felt surprised that it was time to wake up, but ready to get up. Not exhausted. No difficulty opening my eyes or rolling out of bed. In the shower, doing my morning routine, get to work nearly skipping and then I remember I took a sleep aid the night before! Whhhhat? I never wake up in a good mood.I will buy this product again.
4-5 a.m. Sleeper
My sleeping schedule was all messed up after winter break. Staying up until 3 or 5 am easy! then it came time for school and of course i couldn't sleep or I would lay down and stay awake for hrs, but still unable to close my eyes. Finally i went to my local CVS and asked where the sleep aids were and she pointed me in that direction. i had no prior knowledge of sleeping aids, but i was attracted to the nice looking box and the straight up "SLEEP" printed on the box and i was thinking "yeah that's exactly what i need!" Miners get help in fight against disease

Mid-April is still low season for Beidaihe in Hebei province, a costal resort where many sanatoriums are situated. Almost all the hotels offer big discounts, but the area still appears deserted.

However, there's plenty of activity at the Sanatorium of Chinese Coal Miners, where people keep coming and going. However, these aren't tourists, but patients seeking treatment at the Black-Lung Disease Rehabilitation Center, affiliated to the State Administration of Coal Mine Safety.

It's the first hospital in China to have created and carried out the most effective treatment for the disease, massive lavage, flushing out of the lungs.

Workers exposed to dust in coal mines, potteries and gemstone factories run an increased risk of contracting the disease, which has a high fatality rate. Workers inhale large quantities of ash that remain in the lungs and can cause extensive scarring and fibrosis many years later.

The main symptom of the disease, which is divided into three distinct stages, is chronic shortness of breath. "There's no effective treatment, so far. For first and second-stage patients, whole-lung lavage is the best approach. But for terminal patients, we have no treatment because the lingering effects lead to inflammation and other complications," said Duan Jianyong, deputy director of the black-lung division of the center.

Physical activity can help your brain

Exams can cause a significant amount of stress for students. There are many myths that are floating around on ways to improve the outcome of an exam. For example, an increase in the amount of physical activity a person does or certain foods they eat can help improve their brain function.

Kenneth Chew, the director of the student-counseling center for ISU, said there is a correlation between physical activity and memory.

“[It] improves attention and concentration, short-term memory and recall, and it has also been shown to aid in learning,” Chew said.

According to Psych Central, an online Psychological Informational website, physical activity can increase the size of the hippocampus. The hippocampus is in charge of housing the short-term and long-term memory. All types of physical activity can increase the size of the hippocampus but it comes down to how often that physical activity is played.

Chew also stated that in order to receive these kinds of results a minimum of 30-45 minutes of any type of aerobic exercise is needed. In order to get the endorphins stimulated a person needs to do approximately 10-15 minutes of exercise. Chew said that these different methods could help in increasing “attention and concentration.”

I have trouble sleeping and have tried everything other then sleeping pills. I don't want to use sleeping pills because I'm only 15. I'm okay with pills but only if they are natural.
