well what i do to get rid of acne is wash my face throughly with soap and water, scrub not to hard but enough to clean out your pores, and stick either proactive or neutragena on the area. neutragena works best for me. it's very good because it like repels

I eat carrots everyday and wash my face with oil free nuetrogena and at night I use benzoyl peroxide wipes...works for me! try it, but if you stop the treatment or miss a day it might come back
