Product Description
The Snore-Ex anti-snoring mouthpiece was created by Tri Point LabsTM to help eliminate snoring and improve your sleep. The mouthpiece is molded right in your own home and only takes a few moments to prepare. Simple step-by-step instructions are provided to ensure that each mouthpiece is molded correctly for a comfortable and lasting fit. The initial molding process will shape the mouthpiece by taking an imprint of your bite mark on the soft inner core of the mouthpiece. After you've finished the molding process, all you have to do is to use it whenever you're sleeping. Snoring occurs when the front lower jaw is naturally pulled back and forcing your palettes to vibrate whenever you breathe. This anti snoring mouthpiece helps by slightly repositioning your lower jaw forward and widening the gap for a constant unrestricted airway. The mouthpiece can be reused daily for about 3-6 months. A durable case is also included with this kit to keep the mouthpiece clean and away from children and pets. Please contact Amazon if the product does not display the Snore-Ex authenticity sticker shown in the picture. The sticker will leave a "VOID" sticker residue if it's been tampered with.Customer Reviews
Maybe I won't need a CPAP after all!I was recently diagnosed with mild sleep apnea. I have episodes at night, but my blood 02 never dropped below 94% during a sleep study. Lifelong rheumatoid arthritis has left me with an undersized lower jaw, which is common in RA patients. My jaw doesn't have to relax much when I'm asleep for it to obstruct my airway. My choices: a CPAP machine or a mouth device from my dentist that holds my lower jaw in a more forward position.CPAP? No thanks, I'm claustrophobic. Dental device - $1500 (no insurance coverage) before knowing if it will work or not. If it aggravates the RA in my jaw, that's money down the drain. When I ran across this on Amazon I figured, why not try it? If it works, I'll know whether getting one from the dentist is worth the money.First of all, READ THE INSTRUCTIONS carefully - several times - before you start the molding process. It goes fast once the water boils. Don't push the wooden stick too far through the slot in the front of...
Yes! Finally!
Short review: absolutely worth it, works great, highly recommended.Long review: I've been struggling with snoring, and this product has been a lifesaver.I'm in my late forties and have been seeing someone for the past 14 months. We are ready for "the next step" and are contemplating moving in together. One problem - I snore and she is hyper sensitive to it. I've tried so many things - weight loss, certain diets, pills and sprays, different sleeping positions, nasal strips, different pillows, essential oils, breathing exercises, breathing only through the mouth or nose, staggering when each of us goes to sleep, and on and on. NOTHING worked at all.Needless to say, we've had a lot of sleepless nights. And stress. And exhaustion. Honestly, I'd mostly come to my wit's end and have despaired that sharing a life together was going to be next to impossible.I've seen devices like this online and wanted to give them a try. The problem is that I've ONLY seen them...
Worked for me, shockingly...
My snoring disturbs my wife and daugther--and has apparently only gotten worse as I've gotten older. At this point it's causing enough of a problem that I had to start researching what might be out there to help.I tried a couple of the nose-related things--the strip that goes over and the devices that go in the nose--and that didn't help at all. This was the first mouth-device I tried and it is getting rave reviews from my family. I have been wearing it now about 6 weeks, and my snoring apparently is dramatically reduced. I wouldn't say it's the most comfortable thing ever, but I have gotten used to it. Sometimes my teeth hurt a little in the morning with me gnawing away on this--and there can be a little drool--but I'm shocked something that costs $20 can be such a problem-solver and re-used.Wonder how long this will last? I'd hate for them to discontinue this or something--may have to stock up in case.

Japanese researchers have developed and built a robotic glacial bear pillow that can apparently help you stop snoring permanently. Jukusui-Kun (which means “mysterious sleep” in Japanese) was revealed at last month's Global Robot Exhibition in Tokyo.
Researchers also found that moms who reported that their neonate snored didn't perceive it to be a problem. The survey showed that 12 to 20 percent of children snored many nights during week. "Snoring is something parents should pay more notice to,"
