Excellent Product
I also feared this product would burst after continued use, but it has not. I prefer it over the sand-filled one's that were introduced many years ago, plus, the "filler" is of a much higher quality than sand.I personally recommend this product for anyone who wishes to use it either for stress relief or to increase hand strength.

Great price and a great item. I was scared of this being a cheap product that would break easy, but instead it had lasted with no problems.
what a satisfying squeeze
This is one durable little rubber squeezer. It gets better after the first few days of use as the grains inside it seem to "break in" and the squeeze becomes very smooth--not at all like squeezing sand. This is much better than a bag of sand. I am a compulsive fidgeter medical student and I bought this stress ball so I have something to my hands while I study for over 12 hours a day. Two weeks and dozens of hours of squeezing and this stress ball is as satisfying as ever.

College Bound and Proud to Be Relieved of My Indecision

After months of deliberating and changing my mind hundreds of times, I can finally say that I know where I’m going to college. The stress has evaporated and only pure relief remains. The commitment deposit has been filled out, and I even managed to turn it in a day early!
Since the end of March, when I learned all the information I could about admissions decisions or scholarship offers, the decision has really only been between Northeastern and the University of Georgia . I was so busy with school and the play I was rehearsing that I neglected visiting Georgia as soon as possible so I could make my decision; that was my greatest error. I should have visited in late March or early April, but I didn’t schedule a visit until then, so many dates were full. It was not until April 18 that I made my first visit , so I had less than two weeks to really weigh all the pros and cons to make a decision.
It was the weekend before May 1, and I still had no idea where I wanted to go when we went on our senior retreat. Since April 18 I had told my parents that I was for sure going to Georgia; a week later, I told them I was definitely going to Northeastern. The problem was that I wasn’t excited about my decision and never felt a sense of relief about settling on either school. I started thinking that maybe I don’t want to go to either school; maybe I was all wrong about this whole decision.

i'm getting married on the 18 of aug. and that is about three weeks away well i am planing it in that amount of time. So does any one have some stress relief tips or things to do to get rid of it.
I got married 5 months ago, and i completely understand your stress!! the thing i found to help the most was get as many people involved as possible to make descisions with me! IT's alot less stressful if you aren't caring all the weight on your shoulders

There are many stress relief practices you can do that only take a short amount of time. Take deep, cathartic breaths while not think at all of your wedding. Maybe, a nice peice of chocolate, for instance. Hire a wedding planner that can do most of everything

Limit you caffeine intake... Get 8 hours of sleep at night.. and drinks lot of water...Herbal remedies... Are kava kava... and valerian root...Good luck
